JASON LENAC

Jason Lenac is a Founding Director of OSKA Structural Consultants, with 26 years of structural and civil engineering experience across a range of industries and sectors both within Australia and overseas. Jason enjoys the challenge of exploring innovative design solutions and has an excellent understanding of construction techniques and new technologies, producing economical and practical structures. Jason is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

CAMERON MAXWELL

Cameron began his career with Beavis and Cochrane in 1995 as a Hydraulic Consultant, before moving on to be Partner/Director of BCM Consulting Group. Cameron has a proven track record in Project and Design Management on large scale public and private sector infrastructure projects including commercial buildings, correctional centres, healthcare and residential markets. Engaged in all aspects of hydraulic services from feasibility, project definition phase, schematic design, and design development to construction documentation, site phase inspections and reporting.

TRENT PURDON

BEng Civil, MIEAust, CPEng, NER, RPEQ, APEC Engineer IntPE (Aus)
Trent joined Knobel Engineers in 2007 and became a director in 2009. With more than a decade of experience, Trent's depth of knowledge extends to residential, commercial and industrial developments, dam and spillway works, infrastructure projects, stormwater investigations, services upgrades and extensions, statutory approvals process and legislation.

AARON PIANTA

BEng (Hons) Civil, MIEAust, CPEng, NER, RPEQ, APEC Engineer IntPE (Aus) Aaron is a Charted Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with over 13 years' experience in engineering design, contract administration, construction and project management for residential, industrial, and commercial land development, subdivisions, retirement villages, caravan parks, mining and local government civil infrastructure projects.

PresCare Aged Care Facility and Community Care Centre

Located approximately 10Km south-west of the Townsville CBD, this PresCare project involves an MCU development application for a 140 bed aged care facility and community care centre. The development was in response to increasing demand for aged care accommodation and associated services within Townsville and surrounding areas. The proposed facility provides aged care accommodation and high level, dementia and respite care. The development includes five (5) levels, over 9,500m2 of floor area, rooftop gardens, cafe and communal facilities throughout, providing a high-quality aged care facility. In addition to the valuable aged care services to be provided, the construction and ongoing operations of the proposed facility will provide a large number of employment opportunities and flow-on economic benefits to the region.
